After feeling like we were on top of the world, we bundled through the doors of O’Shea’s to find the place empty. Beautifully set up inside with nice carpet, array of tables and area for live music.
A lady in branded ‘O’Shea’s’ merchandise, served us some pints and breaking with usual Sessions tradition, a few of us opted for some food. Usually, it’s only Taytos and Scampi Fries but we made an exception on this occasion to tuck into some homemade pizza.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, Oasis have reformed and this place had their music on repeat. This inspired a long discussion about them as a band, ticket prices, small music venues, if they were actually any good etc. I think for once we all kind of agreed which is very rare. See you in the trenches on Saturday morning for tickets chaps!
