The final pub of the evening was The Little Crown near Deptford station. An old Wenlock Brewery pub which has recently been refurbed keeping its charm. Though there was something about the old frontage (pic 2) that was very alluring.
Irish place with very welcoming barmaid who agreed we could bring food in. Being south of the river we opted for a Morley’s (never buy the ribs, they really shouldn’t exist). By the time it was served and we’d eaten it with a final pint of Heineken it was closing time. So whilst we really have nothing to report from this pub other than the fact it had a pub baby we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and would recommend it if in Deptford.
OK thats it. Due to covid, wedding and kids being born we only managed 5 sessions this year which is quite pathetic but they were all brilliant.
4th Dec is the Xmas do and we’ll be back to visit 10 favourites ❤️
