On to the next place and nestled in York Square Gardens is the outrageous Old Ship. Character literally bursting out of the doors. Another LGBTQ+ venue but this time full to the rafters. Room for a little one! We squeezed ourselves in and stood at the bar.
Baps behind the bar and cheap shots on offer. A well dressed DJ playing the latest hits and helium balloons filling the ceiling.
The atmosphere was fantastic. Though as we were already on our 5th pint with three more venues to attend we bid farewell and crossed the square to the next establishment.
