By now the wheels were coming off and although we wanted to go to The Beehive in nearby Bromley, we ended up slipping into The Cherry near Mile End Station. Was very busy and popular, but not really our scene and we forgot to get any pictures 🙈. Main highlight was a surprise appearance from Mert, who popped by for a few victory shandies having won 4-1 in the Market Road midweek 11-a-side league.
The hour was getting late, so the Herts boys had to dash for some train-based bickering and a couple of tinnies. The London lads rounded off the night at The Half Moon Spoons on Mile End Rd – the unofficial Student Union of Queen Mary Uni Students. Wasn't there so I can't tell you what happened, but they did send us these nice pictures. See yous in May. Over and Out.
