We had planned on finishing in the Shepherd and Flock but when we arrived at around 11pm the doors were closed and they were clearing up. Unfortunately they weren’t swayed by our pathetic faces at the window whilst we motioned with our hands the drinking of an imaginary pint.
Alas we didn’t give up. There were no pubs in the vicinity which fully matched our requirements but we were damned if we were going to brewdog. Whilst the Sindercombe Social was not our typical venue it did serve pints and was open and it turned out to be thoroughly enjoyable.
Thats all then. Maybe this is the year we really get into West London - where else should we visit?
