Fourth pub of the eve was O’Connors or The Old Gun Pit as the sign suggests. Again in Beresford Square and a stones throw from the Elephant and Castle pub. Three blokes were in there as we arrived, one of which did not leave the poker machine the whole time we were there. No football but bags of charm with the old gunners emblems in the windows. It was lovely. Also had the old pub scratchcards available for £1 a go. Not winners last night though whilst enjoying a selection of crisps, nuts and pints in here, we at least felt like we were.
