Not much idea about what was happening at this point. Forgot to get a photo outside as we ran for the last tube. Recall a mother and daughter combo behind the bar, though in hindsight I don’t think they were related, but were very open to our request for 80s music and shots. Shot quiz questions included how many cans of pepsi max are sold worldwide each year and how many road traffic accidents occured in Ireland last year.
Whilst its relatively generic inside, it does feel quite homely after a couple of drinks and you can tell its still an Irish pub at heart.
We had planned to go down the road to the Escape Sports bar after this, but turned out time had ‘escaped’ us, ha ha ha…seeya later
