The Boot was fourth on the list and was nice to enter and see a well stocked wooden bar. In places like Kings Cross you never know if the pubs will have fallen into the generic overpriced scotch eggs, camden pale ales and a young fella with a haircut behind the bar without a care in the world. The Boot had not! Woman behind the bar could well have been born in the pub and served us The Boot’s own lager and pickled eggs. The walls pointed to the pubs Irish heritage and we had a great time reminiscing on how Pub Sessions started back in March 2016. Thoroughly enjoyable place off the main road so not quite as busy with the passing Kings Cross Station trade.
