2026 and Sessions is still going strong, a delayed post for our January sessions. First up was Moyletts, what a pleasure to see a new pub, which is just a pub in the purest sense. They describe themselves as a cosy Irish pub that just opened our doors in Lower Clapton. Nothing fancy, just a warm atmosphere, affordable pints, and a proper neighborhood spot where everyone’s welcome.
Turns out they were pretty accurate with their description, though the smell of incense could go down as fancy. Chessboards out on tables and pool table downstairs. £5.50 for a pint of Moyletts lager hit the spot and the Guinness was decent. A bit smarter than your average sessions pub, but we wouldn’t mind having this open up as a local.
