Doyles

Ding Dong, Southgate here! After extensive searching to keep all members of Sessions happy, train enthusiasts included we settled on Southgate which had the benefit of being within range of Finsbury park and it’s renowned connections.
First up was Doyle’s in Oakwood. A mere shanked drive from Trent Park golf club, but we had other hobbies to pursue this evening. We quickly settled into a corner table on an inconspicuous raised stage area and had a few pints whilst we watched what seemed to be a speed poker tournament setting up, with impressive efficiency. A place that looked decent enough from the outside but clearly has a lot going on and many an evening could be sunk. But onwards we had to go.
