Do you “save the best till last”, or prefer to start off with a bang? It was clear on arrival that the Dog & Duck would provide the latter. Nestled into a residential street between Palmers Green High Street and Winchmore Hill. The comfy environment was amplified by Christmas decorations and a warm, open fire. Friendly bar staff and customers alike. The bar lady recommended to let the Guinness settle for a minute, while Ed nodded, smiled, and took it away immediately. As we left, the quiz was just warming up, but onwards we had to go.
