Angies was next, we’d been to Angies III on Walm Lane and have seen various other Angies pubs around NW, even an Angies Pharmacy. Anyone who knows the deal with these please let us know as all we’ve visited have been cracking.
This was no exception very friendly locals who let us carry on the pool table to finish our game of killer when it was their go. Nicholas joined us in the picture outside after giving us some words on life which essentially were to live for the moment. We told him the rules of killer which he’d somehow never played.
We asked the woman sat next to the jukebox to use our last credit and in a strange twist of fate she put on “Tennesse Whiskey”, which was Herring’s first dance at his wedding 2 weeks ago. She could not have given less of a shit when we told her the coincidence.
Fabulous place and another I’m sure we’ll be revisiting.
