Two Brewers is number 1, the best public house in 2018. Visiting there is a requirement for everyone. Linda the fantastic Landlady on the left is welcoming to all and has kept the pub going under some challenging times. Lets get behind this place and keep it going as a local hub for the community.

Next, a mere 2 minute walk away was the Two Brewers. Another firm favourite winning Gold in 2018. Back then the place was on notice to be turned into a bar/restaurant with flats above it. They are still going strong 5 years down the road, testament to Linda behind the bar. She mentioned they'd come second in an official Arsenal competition for best pre game pub, and whilst I can find no evidence whatsover of this online, I for one believe her.
We chatted to a local about the most drunk he'd been at a wedding and he said he'd been to one in the old Aquarium nightclub in Shoreditch. A haunt some of us used to visit for a late night swim.
They had been vandalised at the weekend by some pesky spurs fans who daubed the windows with graffiti. But last night all had been cleaned off and it was back to its moody all black colour scheme.
Such great prices, a great atmosphere and wonderful people here. Long may it live.
#20 of 408 all-time · #9 of 39 in 2023. The black tick on each bar is the all-time average.
