The Tarmon. First PS meet up after the Ally Pally day. Brycey a notable absentee.
Chinese bootleg DVD seller. A staple in the local boozer and an unfortunate dying trade.

Final venue of the evening was the almighty Tarmon. Winning Gold in 2016 though we never got to deliver the award as they were shut on awards day (beggars belief). Little had changed and that was really for the best. Very cheap prices, hoisters selling knock off chocolates and liberal closing times. Fantastic stain glass window doors and timeless handpainted signs showing what the pub had to offer. Nice use of the singular for Woman denoting the toilets gender preference and a beer garden at the front. Good to get a feel for the locals on the tables around us and good luck to Guzzling Martin, Orient Jack and Chelsea Jamie in the champions league sweepstake.
We sank a few rounds here and had a couple of Tequila Rose as a gentlemens night cap. The Tarmon is truly world class.
I've got a feeling we'll see a couple of these firm favourites again. Long may they adorn Cally Road.

After the eighth Xmas Sessions at the beginning of December we have finally recovered enough to reveal the coveted 2023 Pub of the Year awards. In third place, receiving our Bronze Award was the almighty Tarmon Freehouse on Caledonian Road. The place was full on a saturday afternoon and was everything we hoped for. A stalwart of Cally Road and second time its won an award, taking Gold in 2016. #northlondonforever
