As per our previous post the Stapleton Tavern was not on our original route and while we were there we realised why. Whilst the staff were all very friendly and the building is impressive, its quite a boring place. That being said it was good to start in a pub where conversation kept us going and we could catch up over our first beer. Nice but drab.
