Fifth on the tour was The Wembley Tavern. At first we thought we may have to skip this pub as no-one was behind the bar. Turns out the two people eating maccas at one of the tables and watching the MJ Thriller video was them. They kindly let us bring in our own maccas too - Jak had a salad. Snooker memorabilia and photos with the snooker greats all around. This pub was opposite the arena where The Masters snooker has been held in the past - nice for Parrott, Higgins & Co to support this local after playing a few frames. Played the legendary Nuts game on the itbox. Nearly won £10 on another. Jak’s music knowledge was class.
