On the walk to pub 3 we stumbled across the Pitlake Arms, it looked in fantastic condition, after a knock and no response we glanced in the letter box and it was perfect, yet seamingly closed. From the entrance we could see the Wandle Arms just at the end of the road so on we went wondering what had happened to the Pitlake Arms.
