Final stop of the evening was Cousins Snooker Pool bar with a door way which doesn’t give much away from the exterior. We pressed the buzzer and a voice asked if we were members, we were not though the owner had previously let us know about their club so we asked if they could make an exception. He called the owner.
We waited with baited breath, a minute later the door unlocked with a buzz, we were in. We walked up the stairs excited to see the treasure, and we were not let down. Striking green and white walls. An impeccably kept private members club with Pool and Snooker tables over two floors.
The one spare table was ready for us to play and the quality was exquisite. The man behind the bar, very passionate about his job, told us everything is top quality, they even brush the tables after each group has played and often host high level competitions.
The pool room was full to the brim, which you would not have guessed from the quiet Edmonton street outside. Great atmosphere with everyone focused on their games.
We played killer and had a final round of beers. What a way to end the evening. World class.
